1. STEP ONE

Contact Kirsten and she will reach out to schedule a first appointment where she will tour your home to get an idea of the condition, upgrades, and other things that a buyer will look for that will impact demand and pricing. 

 

2. STEP TWO

Kirsten will produce a Comparative Market Analyis on your home. Through this analysis she will compare your home to like-properties in the area that are both for sale, have a sale pending, and recently closed, and from that a likely list price range and sale price range will be formulated. She will schedule a second appointment to meet with you to review that analysis and how she arrived at the pricing. She will discuss a suggested marketing plan and timing to list the property, as well as, if necessary, things that may help to prepare the property for market. 

 

3. STEP THREE

Once listed, Kirsten will begin the work to showcase your home to the world launching a robust marketing plan to present your home to the right potential buyers at the right time by utilizing a comprehensive suite of marketing techniques.
