Kirsten McEleney joined Advisors Living in June of 2021 after gaining experience in financial services and asset management. In March of 2022, Kirsten received Advisors Living’s first “Rookie of the Year” award for an exceptionally high volume of sales and rentals during her first year as an agent. Her first sale was in October 2021 in an off-market transaction for a parcel in South Boston with permits to build two townhomes. Within the next twelve months Kirsten closed over $6,000,000 in sales and had another $7,000,000 under agreement and $4,000,000 in active listings. Kirsten’s transactions included two development parcels, a single-family home, a condominium, a three-family investment property, two new construction townhouses, a top-floor penthouse at the Ritz Carlton Residences, an off-market sale of a lodging house to a charitable housing organization that Kirsten is involved with, and listing a mixed-use investment property for $3,000,000 which is being improved and re-listed in the near future. In December of 2022 Kirsten formed the KM Realty Group team which she leads with her amazing team members Ben Grosser, Justin Ricupero and Joe Karem. Kirsten also founded her company, KM Realty LLC, which invests in real estate developments and offers concierge interior design services to homeowners who prefer the luxury of a fully furnished and decorated home before moving in.
Kirsten grew up in Canton and has lived in South Boston since 2016, where she has developed an extensive network of relationships with active members of the community. Kirsten is an energetic and outgoing problem-solver who aggressively advocates for her clients to achieve the best possible results and meet their goals. Her highly organized and detail-oriented approach to real estate transactions ensures that deals are executed efficiently and effectively. Kirsten also has a penchant for marketing and an excellent eye for interior design, which she brings as an added value for her clients.
Kirsten is a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson and a member of the National Association of Realtors. She supports the community through her work on the Young Leaders Committee for Caritas Communities, which seeks to improve the lives of low-income residents through volunteer efforts, fundraising and an annual benefit gala. As a direct descendant of an important figure in the American Revolution, Kirsten is also a member of Daughters of the American Revolution, a non-profit organization with a lineage-based membership dedicated to historic preservation and the promotion of education and patriotic endeavor.
